Avilum Club

Avilum Club is a pioneering Kerala-based brand established in 2020 in Kottakkal, Malabar—the legendary birthplace of traditional Avil Milk. We introduced the world's first and only Instant Avil Milk Mix, delivering authentic Kerala flavour in a convenient ready-to-mix format.

Avil Milk (Aval Milk) is Kerala's iconic Malabar dessert drink made with roasted flattened rice (avil), banana, rich milk, sugar, and crunchy nuts. Unlike regular milkshakes, it features a unique layered, crunchy texture enjoyed with a spoon, making it a wholesome and satisfying "snack in a cup" and beloved traditional Kerala drink.

Preparing your Instant Avil Milk Mix is effort-free and ready in just 60 seconds! Simply open the travel-friendly cup, add cold water up to the recommended mark, mix well with a spoon, and enjoy. No cooking, milk, or extra ingredients needed!

Our premium blend is crafted with 100% natural, wholesome ingredients including roasted flattened rice (avil), real banana, dairy milk solids, sugar, and crunchy nuts. We also offer exciting natural flavor blends with real fruit pieces like Mango Chunks and Guava Chunks.

Yes! Avilum Club Instant Avil Milk Mix is 100% Pure Vegetarian. It is crafted with plant-based ingredients like flattened rice, banana, nuts, and fruit pieces, combined with authentic dairy milk solids for superior creaminess and rich nutrition (ideal for vegetarian diets, though not dairy-free).

Absolutely! The lightweight, seal-packed cup is designed to be 100% travel-friendly. It is the ideal portable refreshment for office breaks, college, vacations, trekking, or flights—bringing the taste of traditional Kerala wherever you go.

No, do not store it in the freezer or refrigerator! Avilum Club Instant Avil Milk Mix should be stored at room temperature in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and moisture. Freezing or refrigerating the unopened mix can introduce condensation, which ruins the signature crispiness and crunch of the roasted flattened rice (avil) and nuts. Always keep the cup sealed at room temperature until you are ready to prepare and enjoy your drink.
