At Avilum Club, we strive to deliver your favourite Instant Avil Milk mixes in the quickest and safest manner. Below are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.
Shipping Rates & Estimates
Shipping charges for your orders are calculated and displayed at checkout:
- Orders of ₹500 and above: FREE Shipping across India.
- Orders below ₹500: Flat shipping fee of ₹50. (Note: Shipping fees may vary at any time based on market prices or promotional offers.)
Processing and Timelines
All orders are processed and dispatched within 1-2 business days of confirmation. Orders are not shipped or delivered on public holidays.
Estimated Delivery Time: Delivery usually takes 3-7 business days depending on your location in India. Remote locations or areas experiencing seasonal delays may take slightly longer.
Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation message on your registered mobile number or email once your order has shipped, containing your tracking number(s) and courier service name.
You can easily track your order live directly on our store by using the "Track Order" button available on our product section.
Damages and Delays
Avilum Club is not liable for products damaged or lost during shipping. However, we value our customers' experience. If you receive your order damaged, please contact our support team at care@avilumclub.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the packaging and damaged items, and we will do our best to send a replacement or initiate a refund.
Address Corrections
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate during checkout. If you need to make changes, please contact us immediately. Once an order is dispatched, the shipping address cannot be modified.
